This motion doodle explored the camera tracker in AE. We were looking to see how well the camera data worked in other 3d applications. If you have no other options, you can use it to get by. It’s by no means super accurate and like all other tracking software, highly dependent on the shot. What it lacks in functionality, it makes up for ease of use. For simple and obvious shots, it works great and the data exports cleanly.
